Delete empty bars between regions

Hi,

I’m working on an old recording session, which includes a bunch of poems and music recorded on a laptop.

However, I’ve run into a situation: I’m using arrangements for the first time, and now that I want to organize the tracks, I have all these empty bars.

Is there a way to delete these empty bars, or do I need to drag all the stuff manually?

I found it. Set a region , Right click the Bars/beat ruler
