Does any one know how to cut a track into two pieces? I keep having to duplicate the track and resize it to fit my beat. There must be an easier way.
Yes there is. The function is called split. select the region, then place the edit point (either playhead or mouse, dependant on your settings) at the time at which you want to split. Then press the ‘s’ key.
