Cross compile for Windows executable

Are the build dependencies current that are found on this page: Ardour - Nightly Builds

Since I am x-compiling for Windows, I would need to install the Windows version of the binary in my chroot environment, is that correct?

gtk+ 2.24.23-x11 (Linux)
gtk+ 2.24.23-quartz (macOS)
gtk+ 2.24.25 (Windows)
