Corrupt config file

Hi everyone. Ardour 5 stopped launching and keeps showing me a window saying:

Could not initialize Ardour (likely due to corrupt config files).
Run Ardour from a commandline for more information.

Running from commandline didn’t help.

I tried to reinstall the software nothing changed

Any help would be greatly appreciated I am very inexperienced in this. I use Ubuntu 18.04

Move ~/.config/ardour5 out of the way, or maybe only ~/.config/ardour5/config.

mv ~/.config/ardour5/config /tmp/

if that works, you could compare the config files and see if/what make the difference.

I found the config file, made a text copy of the content just in case.
Simply deleted it. Reboot. Voilà
