Hi, in QJackCtl, what do the controls under the display area, “Start transport rolling”, “Stop transport rolling”, “Forward transport”, etc. do?

Note that the same thing will happen if you press the transport controls on any of the clients too …

If you have multiple Jack clients (like Ardour, Hydrogen, Rosegarden) you can set them in Jack Tansport mode and they’ll all sync up together. So you can press the “Start transport rolling” in QJackCtl and have all clients start playing from the same position in the song simultaneously.
