Colour mode for MIDI notes ignored

It seems that the colour mode switch in a MIDI track is ignored (bug report here) up to rev 9.0-rc2-104-g54e45ad50c.

I reckon is a very minor feature, thus maybe the menu entry should be hidden for the new release until the bug is fixed, to not generate confusion.

The notes in the screenshot are in channel 1, 5, 9, 13

Bug reports really belong at tracker.ardour.org

However, not necessary to file one, since I’ve already (mostly) fixed this locally. Thanks for noticing and letting us know!
