About the recording setup:
Due to the used mixer (Yamaha MG20XU) we couldn’t record the tracks separately. Also I didn’t record the “main out” of the mixer, because this signal didn’t really reflect what you heard in the audience (especially the drums). So it had to be a classic microphone-based recording again. But instead of using the audio from the mobile phone, I decided to use two microphones in X/Y position on the same mic stand where also the phone was mounted for filming.
For EQing I used two instances of LSP parameterized EQ: one to cut out some resonances (hum and feedback), and the second one for cutting some frequency areas.
Finally, the signal goes through a Calf Multiband Enhancer (yeah, I know, it’s Calf. But somehow I like what this particular plugin is doing 
) and an LSP multiband compressor. This time I tried to “misuse” the compressor as graphic equalizer, by pulling down the threshold of each band until it was too much and then raising it until it felt ok again (and repeating this 2-3 times).
Not sure, if this is a common usage example, however I think it sounds slightly better (and a bit more compact) with this compressor settings rather than bypassed.
