Close Windows and delete FX quicker

Hi,

is it possible to:

  • close floating windows (like plugins) with escape key?
  • delete plugins quicker by pressing e.g. shift + left click into mixer strip (way faster than right click every instance)

Ah, good to know, that its already at the to-do’s. :slight_smile:

Also important for me would be the control over all marked tracks at the same time (volume, inserting plugins) in the mixer or the arranger without grouping for faster actions. And plugin templates like a bunch of plugs, e.g. named “bass” oder “voice” and inserting all needed plugins at the same time.

Ctrl-w is used to close the current dialog (any dialog) in Ardour.
