Hi, I’m new. Trying out the clip launcher here. I have sound and meter reading, but no waveform in the recording. Can you point me to the correct routing?

Are you still having trouble figuring it out / navigating Ardour?
I don’t use clip launching myself… 
But I presume that someone who does would need a bit more info in order to help you out…
Where are you viewing the recordings? -In the Recorder window (-click the “Rec” button in the top-right)? Because in the Recorder view there are no wave-forms shown by default. Only in the Editor window (-click the “Edit” button, top-right) will you be able to see wave-forms I’m pretty sure, and only if audio regions are placed upon the timeline (upon a track).

Hi, thanks for replying. I just figured it out. The problem was the routing on each track I needed to create in clip launching. I might be wrong.
