Hi,
running Ardour 6.9.0 (official download), I cannot clear the xruns by this command
Only when I click on them each and delete each or using the Clear all locations, they are removed.
Is this a known bug? Shall I file a bug report?

Yes, it’s know bug, you can meanwhile use the Lua script “Delete xrun markers”
Right click on one of the script buttons top-right in the toolbar, and assign it, or run it from Menu > Window >Scripting
