Is there any way to mark a region and make all notes have the same velocity?
I don’t think there is a possibility to do just that in Region Mode. Same velocity can be obtained in Edit mode, selecting all notes and use transform.
Is that what you want?
Click on a region
Type “e” for edit mode
Type “ctrl” “a” to select all notes
Type “v” for velocity
a form should appear where you can enter the new velocity

Ah, thanks! I don’t know how I missed that in the manual.
Another more convoluted way of doing it is going to the Tranform tool and setting the selected region to an exact value. A lot more things can be achieved with this tool.
