Is it possible to change the background colour of the MIDI regions from dark grey? I can’t find anything in Preferences > Appearance > Colors which makes any difference.
Also, is there a map of all the colour names to what they actually represent on the screen?
MIDI region inherits the background color from a track color. So maybe just change the track color?
RPM on a track “header”, then first option from context menu.
