Can't select recordings anylonger

I was trying to introduce a group. For reasons unknown all recordings got a green line and could not edited anylonger, can’t select, delete …

How do I undo it ,respectively what went wrong.

Please , help since I invested considerable time in the recording about 10 tracks.

I am not sure, but maybe you changed the tool from grab to region? Try pressing “g”, o clicking at the hand in the toolbar.

yeah, sounds like region-gain using the “range” or “internal/region edit” tool. see also
