I lately installed ardour on my win 10 computer, put a freesound wav loop in the track but I don´t hear the sound by pushing play, though I can see that there should be sound. Please help me. Thx
In the Mixer window, do the VU meters move? Does the master-bus show a signal?
Perhaps post a screenshot, of the mixer, that might help.
Also what soundcard do you use? Ardour Menu > Window > Audio/MIDI System
Thank you very much, I found the solution by following your questions. I had the wrong settings when starting a new project. There is much to learn in the beginning;-)
