Bug : Stretching 2nd part from a cut midi region

When using the stretch function on a cut MIDI region, there’s a bug.

  • create a midi region with some notes.
  • cut this midi region, so that there are 2 parts
  • switch to stretch mode and stretch the second part ( the part after the split )

You would expect that only the notes in the second part are stretched,
but instead the second part contains all the notes starting from the beginning from the first part.

Would be nice to see this fixed in a future 9.x version.
PS. On an audio region the stretch function works as expected.
