Not unless you also remove the audio-inputs, or create a matching port-bundle (Menu > Window > Bundle manager). The dropdown looks for direct match connections only (in your example: 1 MIDI source, 2 Audio sources)

Alternatively you can use Menu > Window> MIDI Connections.
