Sure, if you want to completely ruin it… 
Theoretically I suppose you can install any DE you want (as long as it’s in Debian Bookworm or MX Linux) but I don’t offer any support for that and it’s most likely some of my customizations are either missing or don’t work how you would expect. It’s designed to work with Enlightenment, 10+ years of XFCE4 had become boring and to me KDE seems like running a really nice Windows theme, beyond that it’s at your discretion…
