For those interested AV Linux 4.2 has been released.
For Ardour users the same custom 2.8.11 VST/Wiimote build is still the default on the LiveDVD and additionally all dependencies to build Ardour 3 are present to encourage interested users to build Ardour 3 from SVN and help provide a broader test base for the Alpha release. If you are comfortable with compiling and testing Ardour 3 please remember to use Ardour’s Mantis bugtracker or Ardour IRC not the AV Linux forum for bug reports and assistance.
