Input is into the left channel of my sound card. It is a mono input. I can see the audio input in the recording window, but no where else. Therefore I can’t record the input. Can anyone tell me what is happening. I am using a Audiophile Delta 2496 M Audio card on a Linux system. Guitar input through a Behringer mixer.
Check the audio connections window and see where the left input from the card is routed. Select hardware tab on the left side, tracks on the bottom, and connect the hardware input to whatever track you want to record.
