About a week ago, I payed 15.00$ as a single payment for Ardour 9.2 while signed in, I confirmed this by checking my payment history. However, when trying to download Ardour as a ready-to-run program, it takes me to the payment page (again, signed in). I also downloaded Ardour twice before through that account.
You should just be able to enter your invoice ID.
I’m not 100% sure of what the page flow was intended to be if you had a currently applicable payment. It does seem that it should just skip the payment page …
Tried using my Invoice ID, this happened:
We’re sorry, that invoice ID does not allow for downloading this version of Ardour. Please contact us via email at admin @ardour.org if it is necessary to resolve the issue.
But I payed for Ardour 9.2 and my first download was Ardour 9.2, and as far as I know it’s currently the latest version of Ardour.
Also, it was always precompiled & for Linux x86_64
THere is a “soft” download count limit, which you had hit. I’ve reset it for you, so give it another try.
