Ardour falsely reports errors

I have recently been getting these errors on a project:

[ERROR]: AudioEngine: cannot connect Vox (ardour:Vox) to ardour:master/in 1 (ardour:master/in 1) [ERROR]: AudioEngine: cannot connect backing/out 1 (ardour: backing/out 1) to ardour:master/in 1 (ardour:master/in 1) [ERROR]: AudioEngine: cannot connect Vox (ardour:Vox) to ardour:master/in 2 (ardour:master/in 2) [ERROR]: AudioEngine: cannot connect backing/out 2 (ardour: backing/out 2) to ardour:master/in 2 (ardour:master/in 2) [INFO]: Loading session /data/Ardour Masters/Albums/Lovely Madhouse/Hypnotised/Hypnotised using snapshot Hypnotised (1) Loading history from '/data/Ardour Masters/Albums/Lovely Madhouse/Hypnotised/Hypnotised/Hypnotised.history'.

However, these errors are not true. When I look at the jack connections, these things are in fact connected and those connections are audible.

So why does Ardour think they are not?

Same here: Ardour seems to remember things once used in a session and then removed (from the hard drive), and keep notifying the error forever.
