It appears as though your user is not part of the “Audio” group so you don’t have realtime permissions for JACK. I don’t use Ubuntu but in Debian you would do this:
sudo adduser audio
Obviously you have to put in your own user name 
Or I suppose you could use some sort of Graphical User Utility to do the same thing…

Oh man! i titally forgot abut it! hehe it told me to relog 
and i ws using this pc as a server today.
Hope relogging will solve this problem
