Libreav announced a new release for Ardour: 9.8. But there is no information of it in Ardour website. Is this a stable new release?

It’s still only available as nightly:
And no announcement…so seems to be not stable yet.
The builds are all done, but the people involved in the release process are rather busy with other things. It’s slowly coming together.
