It automatically launches alsa and the audio configuration window freezes if I ask it jack?

Your system likely has an older version of Pipewire, where this is a known problem (in Pipewire). It is already solved (in Pipewire).
If using LibraZik, isn’t it JACK-based? Also no default PipeWire in Debian Bullseye (unless user installed backports)
