Am I doing this wrong? Submix bus mute controls don't work...

Maybe I’m just not looking at this right. I’ve got three drum tracks (kick,snare,overhead) that I’ve directed to one submix, but when I solo the sub-mix I still hear everything.

The individual channels still mute/solo normally, but busses not so much…

Currently running Ubuntu - Jaunty - fully updated. On an AMD Athlon 2600+, 1Gb Memory…etc…

in ardour 2.X, soloing tracks does not affect busses and vice versa.

Hi Paul,

is it a way to pass ahead this, without muting all tracks except the ones on the bus ?

To be more precise, what I like to do is : monitor a reverb bus alone, monitor bass track and drums bus+FX bus, things like that…

try the opposite: solo the reverb bus and any tracks with a send to it…
