Is there a way for me to change the vibrato in VPA? I’m on a Linux machine.
What do you want to change about it? The speed? The depth? The controller assignment?
If the vibrato is not baked into the samples, you can change the SFZ files yourself. See https://sfzformat.com for reference and tutorials.

AFAIK, the VPO samples do not offer any option to change vibrato. For instance, on the Strings section (which offers more articulations than any other section), here are my choices for VLA:
$ cd /media/tseaver/sounds/Virtual-Playing-Orchestra3
[/media/tseaver/sounds/Virtual-Playing-Orchestra3]
$ ls -C Strings/viola-S*
Strings/viola-SEC-accent.sfz Strings/viola-SEC-tremolo.sfz
Strings/viola-SEC-KS-C2.sfz Strings/viola-SOLO-accent.sfz
Strings/viola-SEC-normal-mod-wheel.sfz Strings/viola-SOLO-KS-C2.sfz
Strings/viola-SEC-PERF-KS-C2.sfz Strings/viola-SOLO-normal-mod-wheel.sfz
Strings/viola-SEC-PERF-pizzicato.sfz Strings/viola-SOLO-PERF-KS-C2.sfz
Strings/viola-SEC-PERF.sfz Strings/viola-SOLO-PERF-pizzicato.sfz
Strings/viola-SEC-PERF-staccato.sfz Strings/viola-SOLO-PERF.sfz
Strings/viola-SEC-PERF-tremolo.sfz Strings/viola-SOLO-PERF-staccato.sfz
Strings/viola-SEC-pizzicato.sfz Strings/viola-SOLO-pizzicato.sfz
Strings/viola-SEC-staccato.sfz Strings/viola-SOLO-staccato.sfz
Strings/viola-SEC-sustain.sfz Strings/viola-SOLO-sustain.sfz
There aren’t any more articulations for the other strings. This isn’t too surprising, as the amount of effort (and bandwidth, and cost) to record and program good vibrato samples is enormous.
