I don`t know how I could eq my room without affect the master. I need some equalization to the room and I don’t want that this equalization appears on my master.

You can use a monitor-section (Session > Properties > Monitoring) and add plugins there.

It is intended for precisely the use-case that you mention. It provides for monitoring options or additional processing that should not affect master-bus which is used for export.
