Hey there. Whenever I go through the import prompts and import an .aaf file, the play back is just high pitched noise on it. Doesn’t happen when I import wav. Using this feature to see stems and convert into wav. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
Which import prompts are you referring to?? To import an AAF file, first launch Ardour, then click for Other Sessions, then when the Select Session dialog appears, click on the box that says Ardour sessions and change it to Advanced Authoring Format.
Or were you thinking of AIFF files??

Oh thank you… Lifesaver. I appreciate it! I was importing by Session > Import then changing drop down to all files and selecting the AAF. Every time a very short span clip would load then just play back the high pitch noise.
