6.0.0 Windows fresh install (demo) fails

First a Windows warning that I bypassed by accepting the risk then avast anti virus flags it but I tell it I trust the file. After that I get a dialog box with “Windows cannot access the specific device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item” I get this when I run as a local account or as administrator, I get this if I run it in different locations.

Any thoughts?

Looks like Avast was blocking it, Avast has now cleared the install file so hopefully that works for anyone.
