4.0 install issue

ok… to begin with… neeeeewby here. Ok, I downloaded the 32bit Ardour4. It is in a .run file in the downloads directory. when I use the/bin/sh I get this…

/Downloads$ /bin/sh ./A_Linux_Ardour_32bit-4.0.0.run
/bin/sh: 0: Can’t open ./A_Linux_Ardour_32bit-4.0.0.run

What am I not doing right?

Try doing…

chmod +x A_Linux_Ardour_32bit-4.0.0.run

Then do your command.
