Ay this is awesome  nice one JL :+1: Some seriously beautiful movement and textures there. Particularly enjoyed Galaxy 0912 2025 although Advent Chor was also a nice listen.

Thank You so much Willy !

Take care

And all three attempts are extremely successful. Hard to decide which one I like best, but if forced to choose, it’d probably be WÌnder Làndschàft 1811.

As for Advent Choir I get the impression, that EQ’ing out some of the mid/low end on the reverb return should improve its overall clarity. But it is great piece anyway.

Beautiful music overall – though of course not for everyone.

Thank you very much Krzysztof for your very kind message.
From time to time, I return to the digital sound synthesis I started in 1982. Nobody’s perfect…
But I’m very happy that you put WÌnder Làndschàft 1811 in first place…

Take care

Ah, that’s why it sounds like someone with a lot of experience sculpted these textures! Would you mind sharing some details about the production, especially synths used? It doesn’t sound like stock plugin presets to me at all… Any hardware involved maybe?

But it was really a tough choice. Is this inspired by a Caspar David Friedrich painting, isn’t it? Love this piece.

All the best!

short version: I have been doing aperiodic additive synthesis for a long time…
and in this case, Shortcircuit is used as a filter to sculpt the sound, after importing the raw aperiodic sounds…

Thanks to you, I have just discovered Caspar David Friedrich, and his " Winterlandschaft mit Kirche " , a very beautiful painting…
1811: is ‘perhaps a coincidence’…

here is a powerful tool for overtone sculpting:

Thank You again !

Really beautiful music, takes me away like a soundtrack.
And thanks for remembering me that SPEAR exists. I did not touch it in a long long time. Anyone got it running on Linux?
Also, impressed that shortcircuit seems to be already usable, gotta check out a current build I guess.
But technology aside, it is just beautiful music. Thanks for sharing.

Thank You so much GenGen !
