How to add plugins into Ardour system in windows 10?
And can you recommend free ones?

On Windows Ardour supports VST2 and LV2 plugins. The most widespread plugin-format on Windows is VST.
Grab some e.g. https://www.kvraudio.com/plugins/windows/vst-plugins/instruments/effects/hosts/newest
Then in Ardour Preferences > Plugins > VST set a path to the plugin install location (default may be fine) and click the “Scan for Plugins” button in the prefs dialog.
