Shuttle speed control keyboard shortcut?

Is there a way to map a pair of keys to the increase/decrease function of the Shuttle Speed Control?

I’m also missing this, I think it would be very helpful e.g. when listening closely for flaws.

Check Menu > Transport > Forward and Menu > Transport > Rewind

The default shortcuts are Shift + left/right arrow

Sorry for not being clearer. I already found that, but if I hit shift+right once, it’s already at 100%. I was hoping for something in e.g. 10% or 20% increments, so that I can listen at say 60% or 70%.
